Retweet Tuesday Official Rules

1.Retweet Tuesday: How To Enter: To enter, you must have or create a Twitter account. If you already have a Twitter account, you will have to sign into your account. If you are not an existing member of Twitter, you will be required to follow the directions and join Twitter. When you join Twitter, you are indicating that you have read and agree to accept the Twitter Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Membership to Twitter.com is free.

Sweepstakes begins each Tuesday once announced on Facebook and/or Twitter. Sign in at Twitter.com using your Twitter account, and tweet the specific message posted for that week.

Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible tweets posted once the sweepstakes begins until 11:59 PM MST the same night. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible tweets. Duplicate tweets will not be counted.

Winner Notification: Winner will be notified via a Twitter direct message the following day. Prizes will be available and delivered to the winners by mail the following week. Winner has 48 hours to respond to the direct message with their address and claim the prize.

2. ENTRIES: Limit (1) one entry per person for the promotion. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. who are 21 years of age or older.
