Q: Hi Kate! What is the correct way to apply Lid Primer? Should I be able to see it on my lid? Should I wait for it to "soak in" before putting on my eye shadow? Some tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Kate: Lid primer is an essential part of makeup application. It evens out the skin tone on your lid, and keeps your eye shadow in place all day without creasing. Lid primer is the kind of product where a little goes a long way. If you find that your eye shadows are creasing then you’ve applied too much!. The best way to apply Lid Primer is with a light fluffy brush as opposed to a dense packed brush. I like using the texture eye brush. Its light thin tip buffs on just the right amount of product. To get the product on the brush just do ONE swipe down the center then apply to both eyes. That is all it takes!
